Venture Capital

  • Venture Capital is defined as Funds invested or available for investment at considerable risk of loss in potentially highly profitable enterprises; risk capital (Webster's New World College Dictionary, 4th edition; ©2002).
  • We find and provide venture capital to enable your company to grow.

Factoring

  • Factoring is selling accounts receivables (invoices) to a 'factor' (investor), usually other busineses and the wealthy, at a discount to receive immediate cash flow rather than seek additional financing.
  • We periodically offer individuals the opportunity to factor with our partners.
  • We return a high yield paid monthly. Larger amounts factored will return a higher yield.
  • Principal is secured by the hundreds of companies that generate invoices that we factor for our partners, such as EnerCom, Inc., the largest energy agency in Michigan.
  • Due diligence is conducted on every company generating an invoice.  We will do business only with companies that have the highest credit rating and have a stable payment history.  This minimizes potential for bad debt.
  • We factor our invoices with full recourse so that in the unlikely event one doesn't pay we will replace it with one that does, warranted in writing.

Franchise Development

  • We will take your company and develop it into a franchise – marketing it nationally and globally.
  • If it already has franchises, we will assess the current model and recommend changes for continuous improvement.
